Honeywell-Bull KDS1 mini-computer. Cii means "Compagnie Internationale pour l'Informatique"; this French company was created in 1966 during the "Plan Calcul" launched by the president de Gaulle. After 1975, she merged into Cii Honeywell-Bull.
